Who gets to register?

Only full-time candidates who have passed the senior certificate
examination, with or without university endorsement, will be sent results via this
system (i.e. SMS). |
|
|
|
What you will get on that SMS may contain the
following: |
|
1. |
The learner's ID and/or EXAMINATION number. |
|
2 |
Your result indication followed by your subjects. Next to each subject you will
have your symbols and grading. |
|
|
Learners will not receive their result will not because
of the following reasons: |
|
1. |
Any Full-time learner who entered for less than 6 subjects |
|
2 |
Any learner that has one or more question paper outstanding
due to late grade changes, paper/s nor marked, oral or practical marks not submitted,
etc. |
|
3 |
Any learnere
suspected of being irregular |
|
4 |
Any learner such as late entries, immigrants etc, who
have not reached the deadline and/or requirements laid out by the Department |
|
5 |
Any learner
who may have failed |
|
|
Please note that the Western Cape Department of Education
does not allow students to receive their results via SMS. |
